Who are the internal stakeholders?
A company's employees, managers and board of directors make up a business's internal stakeholders.
Internal stakeholders are employees or individuals that are a part of the company's internal operations.
These individuals feel the direct impact of decisions and changes within the company. Sometimes known as the primary stakeholders.
Internal stakeholders are those who are employed by the company or have a direct relationship with it.

External stakeholders are those who do not directly work with a company but are affected somehow by the actions and outcomes of the business.
External stakeholders are those who are impacted by your company but don't have a direct relationship with it.
External stakeholders could include:
- Customers
- Regulators
- Insurance agencies
- Enforcement agencies
- Third part Inspectors and Auditors
- External Union organisation
