I hope this information may help learners gain more awareness.

Kindly ensure that you have received the user id and passwords from the Nebosh and that you have changed the password. (via email)

You are allotted 24 hours for this exam.
Do not postpone your exam .Kindly attempt the Exam at First Day.
Do all computer settings and configure as per Proctaria methods.

The Proctorio programme require the Latest configuration like i5/i7/i10 laptop with best wifi connection.
Keep one MIC extra ,if possible. Remember Headphone is not allowed during the examination.
This Proctorio will be logged out many times in some cases. Do not panic. Reconnect your system and re-login. If problem not resolved , RESTART may help to reconnect again. (Generally, it happens due low network coverage.)
Always remember, once you Login , even you close the system, your exam time is running, so once exam start , do not wait for last moment.
Many times Proctorio will be hanged at the last moment, so do not wait, till the last moment. Finish your exam as early as possible.
If possible, get the Best highspeed wifi connection directly to your PC/Laptop (wired connection) (not recommended mobile hotspot connection). ( Some Learners first use the mobile Hotspot , if problem started , then they are using the hardwired connection , then use broadband wifi connection, but the problem will not resolve. I request to everyone to get the best network connection before starting the exam. Please do not waste your valuable 90 minutes due to Network issues or internet problem. )
Keep national ID /passport copy ready. ID hard copy ( no zerox copy, no blank and white ...use color latest ID) will be required to display in front of camera . Soft copy of IDs will not work. National ID like Aadhar card(Indian ID) or passport or any other national ID may be used. (Please use the same ID , which you have provided to the Learning partner at the time of registration.)
Do all Proctorio configuration in advance and keep one Laptop/PC standby (emergency back up) .
In case your Laptop/PC not working, Login with another system . ( It happens sometimes.) ( Many times, Learner use company' laptop , so not able to login .)
If your ID is not recognised by Proctorio, NEBOSH will send email to you and your Learning partner, so send your correct details to Learning Partner to avoid any problem in future.
No one is allowed in the Room during the exam.
Room 360 degree scan to be done of the room. (cover all other devices/books which can not be removed from the room , keep these devices in switch off mode.)
There is no Negative marking, so do not leave any question.
If antivirus not allowing to accept cookies, kindly disable the Antivirus and disable windows firewall before starting the exam.

- Your local network is 2G/3G , then it may not connect sometime, use minimum 4G/5G network or whatever best available. ( e.g. One Learner moved to different area and his exam was conducted smoothly. )

Learning Partners do not have any control over this PSM examination. If any problem arises, like login not taking or failed or anything. Kindly write an email to Nebosh and your learning partner.

Possible or unexpected issues:

One learner had a quiz password issue. Generally, this option is not reflected during the process. The learner contacted the Nebosh through their chat option. After taking the problem to Nebosh , the problem was resolved. The Nebosh Chat option helped the learner, and they promptly resolved the issue . It was a wonderful support from the Nebosh.
